ck baji Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the ck baji platform ("Platform" or "Site"). The definitions listed below carry the same meaning throughout this document.

• "Platform" refers to the ck baji website and mobile application.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on the Platform or is using its services.
• "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, crash games, and all other gaming services available on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to a member's registered personal profile on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, cashback, or reward provided by the Platform.

These Terms apply to all pages of the Platform. Creating an account or using services on ck baji means you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested not to use the Platform's services.

To use services on ck baji, you must first create a personal account. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number when registering an account.
• Registering an account with false information may result in the account being cancelled and any deposited funds being forfeited.
• The account is strictly personal — it may not be used on behalf of a third party.
• A national identity card or equivalent document may be requested for account verification.

2.2 Identity Verification

ck baji reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before processing a withdrawal request or for large transactions. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

All services on ck baji are for persons aged 21 or above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited and is treated as a serious breach of these Terms.

Each member is responsible for maintaining the security of their own account. The username and password must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

• Use a strong password — combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• It is advisable not to use the same password on any other website.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately and change your password.
• Avoid logging in on public or shared devices as much as possible.
• If a person hands over their account to someone else, the account holder is solely responsible for all transactions carried out on that account.

ck baji will never ask for your password, OTP, or payment details via email, SMS, or phone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.

Deposits and withdrawals on the ck baji platform are handled entirely through mobile banking. The currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits may only be made from a mobile wallet registered in the account holder's own name.
• If the information provided during a deposit request is incorrect, the deposit may be rejected.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal funds will be returned via the same method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from bonuses (see Section 6 for details).

ck baji offers various types of bonus offers. The general terms below apply to all bonuses, and the specific terms of each individual offer must also be followed.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once per account, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.
• The bonus balance may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Claiming a bonus using multiple accounts, false names, or another person's identity will result in cancellation.
• If the real balance is less than the bonus amount, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Each bonus has a specific validity period — if not claimed in time, the bonus will expire.
• ck baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6.3 VIP Cashback

The ck baji VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is paid at a set rate based on the net loss for the relevant week. At the Gold tier, up to 1.1% weekly cashback is available; for example, a net loss of ৳20,000 in that week would result in a cashback of ৳220.

All betting and gaming activities on ck baji follow specific rules. These rules have been established to ensure fairness and transparency in gameplay.

7.1 General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the event is cancelled.
• If incorrect odds or payouts are set due to a technical error, ck baji reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the original bet amount is generally refunded.
• If evidence of match fixing or any other misconduct is found, the relevant bet will be cancelled.

7.2 Casino and Slot Games

• All casino games are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the outcome of the round will be determined according to the records after the round is completed.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is set according to the game provider's terms.

7.3 Live Casino

The live casino offers live-streamed table games from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and other studios. The live dealer's decision is considered final, unless there is evidence of a technical error or rule violation.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the ck baji platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the account being cancelled and the relevant balance being forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to withdraw without fulfilling bonus terms.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automation to operate games or betting.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or engaging in money laundering-related activities.
• Attempting to infiltrate or damage the platform's systems.
• Using or attempting to hack another member's account details.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's odds system through coordinated betting.
• Behaving in a disrespectful or threatening manner toward platform staff or other members.

ck baji may temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the circumstances listed below.

9.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Participating in prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence that the account holder is a minor.
• For legal reasons or as required by an investigation.

9.2 Account Closure at the Member's Own Request

Any member who wishes to close their account may contact the support team. Any pending withdrawals and wagering requirements must be settled before the account is closed. As part of responsible gambling, members may also apply for self-exclusion to temporarily suspend themselves from the platform.

ck baji treats the protection of members' personal information as its highest priority. Information provided on the platform is stored under strict security protocols and is not sold or transferred to third parties.

While ck baji strives to maintain the highest standards on its platform, certain limits of liability have been defined.

• ck baji is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device faults, or reasons attributable to the member themselves.
• ck baji cannot be held liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, government orders, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Any personal financial losses a member incurs from casino or betting activities are the member's own responsibility.
• ck baji does not accept liability for losses arising through any links on the platform or third-party services.
